ePIXfab organizes wafer-scale fabrication of silicon photonic IC's for research and prototyping. Our users do research on large-scale photonic integrated circuits. The long term mission of ePIXfab is to support the emergence of a fabless silicon photonics ecosystem.
Multi Project Wafer (MPW) shuttles
The MPW shuttles offer access to high-end photonic IC technologies at IMEC and LETI based on cost sharing.
Training and documentation
ePIXfab offers a yearly training course on silicon photonics MPW, silicon photonics tutorials, and documentation.
