The training will deal in-depth with the MPW process and technologies. Hands on experience in optical design flow, from simulation to GDSII output will be provided by experts from PhoeniX Software. Clean room tour and measurement demo will also be organized. The training also provides participants an opportunity for networking and getting to know other users interested in silicon photonics and/or MPW.
