AMO is a non-profit high-tech SME specialized on R&D for micro- and optoelectronic applications. We offer 150 mm waferscale customized photonic device services fabricated in our clean room. Our mature platforms use SOI or Si3N4 on SiO2, whereas our more experimental platforms use AlN, Al2O3 or Ta2O5 as the waveguide core. We have many years of proven expertise in nanofabrication for high quality nanophotonic passive and active devices.
